At Alfa Bazaar, we aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping services. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within business and delivered to partner courier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Free Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Pakistan. Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated in the carrier’s system.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, there may be occasional delays due to external factors like weather conditions, holidays, or customs procedures. Alfa Bazaar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen events.


Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Alfa Bazaar. If for any reason you're not, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 10 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition.
  • The item is undamaged and in its original packaging (if applicable).

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@alfabazaar.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will send you return instructions, including the address for returns and any required return forms.

3. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price.
  • If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, you may be offered a partial refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

5. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. We do not offer direct exchanges.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [info@alfabazaar.pk /+92 324 2555664] and provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to our discretion.
  • Returns and refunds are not processed for items purchased during sales or clearance events unless the item is damaged or defective.
